We ship our products worldwide. All orders in stock will be processed within 1-5 business days. Pre-ordered items will ship out as soon as the items are in stock. You will automatically receive an email with the tracking details and all relevant shipping information once we have dispatched your order.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more then 30 days have past since your initial purchase, we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in it's original condition. For example: Sealed records can only be returned with a closed seal. It has to be in the original packaging and undamaged. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). For instance: A vinyl record that has been opened. Or any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Also any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
To get a product returned, please send us a message through our contact page or by email via firstname.lastname@example.org. Return shipping costs for returning an item are your own responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are returning an item which costs over € 50 EUR, you should consider to use a tracked and/or insured shipping service. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item undamaged or at all.
Orders paid with PayPal are return shipping costs free. PayPal will refund your shipping costs up to € 30 EUR. See PayPal Refunded Returns for more information. For shipping refunds with credit cards we urge you to get in contact with the credit card company or payment facilitator.
Did you received a wrong or damaged item?
If you received a different item from the one you ordered or the one described on your order, or the item was damaged or defective, we're very sorry! We do everything we can to ensure that our orders go out correctly, but mistakes do happen. Please get in touch with us as soon as you realize the error, and we'll be more than happy to resolve the issue.
